How do I personalize my ornament?

Type the name, and the year if you'd like it, in the personalization box on the product page before adding it to your cart. We print it exactly as you type it, so double-check the spelling.

Can I make a memorial ornament for a dog who has passed?

Yes. Many customers order our dog breed ornaments with their pup's name as a memorial keepsake for a dog who's crossed the rainbow bridge.

Are the ornaments breakable?

No. They're printed on 1/8" MDF wood, not glass, so they're light enough for any branch and safe around kids and pets.

Do Christmas ornaments make a good gift?

When should I order for Christmas?

We make and ship most orders in 1 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 days after that. Ordering earlier in December is your safest bet. If you need your order by a specific date, leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best.

Can I return a personalized ornament?

Personalized items are made just for you, so they're final sale. If we made a mistake on your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
