All items are designed and finished in our Illinois studio. We also carefully source some base materials and components from trusted suppliers worldwide, then customize and package everything by hand to ensure quality and care.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are made and ship within 1–5 business days. Typical delivery times vary on where you live. Expect 3-7 days for delivery after your item has shipped. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way! If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note on the order and we will try our best to accommodate.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

We make and ship most orders in 1–5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3–7 days after that. Ordering earlier in December is safest. If you need it by a specific date, leave a note on your order and we'll do our best to bump you up.

Can I get earrings in my team's colors?

Our game day styles come in the most popular team-color combos, and many can be customized. Browse the Game Day collection first—if you don't see your colors, message us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes! We use hypoallergenic stainless steel hardware in all our earrings to help keep sensitive ears happy. The gold earwires have a gold plating over the stainless steel.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.

Can I customize an item?

Absolutely! Many of our items can be personalized—just check the product listing or reach out if you have something special in mind.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns on non-personalized items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We don’t offer full gift wrap, but all items are packaged in a cute, gift-ready way—and you can add a note at checkout!



Can I get each pair of earrings individually wrapped?

We’re happy to individually box earrings if you’re purchasing multiple pairs for gifts. You now have the option to add a gift box and select the total number. Otherwise, we aim to minimize packaging to reduce waste while still ensuring everything looks pretty and gift-ready.
