When will my order ship?
Subscriptions will ship no later than the 8th of the current month.
What is your refund & return policy?
If you are unhappy with your first box, you may return it for a full refund and your subscription will be cancelled. After your first box, payments will be processed on the 1st of the month. You must cancel your subscription before the 1st of the month to avoid that month's shipment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, you must cancel before the 1st of the month to avoid the charge and shipment for the next month's shipment. Payments and shipments cannot be cancelled after the 1st of the month for that month's shipment.
How do I track my order?
Your email receipt includes a tracking link from our shipping provider. If you are unable to locate your receipt, please contact our support team for assistance.

We use surgical stainless steel in all of our earring hardware.
